Hello, My name is Michael Carter. I have over 30 years in the housing and finance industry. I currently serve as an active member of the NCMHA and work with the board for NC in the manufactured housing industry and I am also the Team Leader and Dealer Representative that works to partner dealers with our Mortgage Company. I am very knowledgeable in all things concerning manufactured housing, modular housing, real estate, and all loan products that pertains to construction loans as well as existing homes. My job is to help retailers find niche products and to help borrowers and team members with understanding how to get the loans done. We specialize in Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing construction loans and the loan products that fund these transactions. We have a very knowledgeable team with a combined total years of experience of over 75 years. AWM has been in the business for 30 years as well.
